A single EDU can operate up to three fabric panels, provided the combined panels do not exceed 100 square-feet of fabric. The shades are coupled with special in-line brackets.

In-line coupling helps by reducing costs as well as ensuring multiple shades move in exact unison. Where shades are coupled, the fabric gap is just 1.5".
